A single-pass boiler routes the combustion gases through the vessel once before they exit to the flue, rather than the two return passes used in our three-pass wet-back line. That simpler gas path means a shorter, more compact vessel for a given output, and a design that's easier to inspect and clean along its full length — a consideration worth discussing with our team if your process involves fuels or feedwater conditions that foul heating surfaces faster than usual.
